Single Pass Honing is a precision finishing process in which a fixed-diameter honing tool containing multiple abrasive sleeves passes through the bore only once. Material removal occurs progressively through a series of roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing abrasive sections integrated into a single tool assembly.
